Husband and wife ownership means we are completely immersed in the industry, and even more so with Kristina being a successful real estate agent. Having completed well over 100 projects projects so far, we are intimately aware of the requirements and permitting processes in Indianapolis and surrounding counties. After completing homes in a variety of styles ranging from historic to country to contemporary, there is not a project we can’t approach with confidence.
In addition, our real estate development side of the business allows us to expertly manage the needs of investor builds and offer great advice to clients regarding ARV, planning, financing and equity stance.
