Gem homes did a great, high quality build of an oversized garage on a city lot that I could not be more pleased with. Paul was very organized with getting the equipment and supplies on site as needed. Gem Homes delivered exactly what they promised.

Paul at Gem Homes provides exceptional support on even the most minor issues. He's a building contractor that you can rely on for quality construction. The only issue I've had with my one year old home was a faulty GFI plug which he had fixed the day after notification.
